About Me
Jim’s Journey: A Commitment to Service, Expertise, and Family
Rooted in a small town in southwestern Saskatchewan, Jim began developing a strong work ethic as a teenager, working part-time in the local hospital's maintenance department. There, he gained valuable hands-on knowledge across a variety of trades. Raised with deep family values, Jim learned early on the importance of hard work, loyalty, and integrity — principles that continue to guide him today.
After high school, Jim moved to Edmonton and was accepted into the Forestry Engineering program at the University of Alberta. Upon graduation, he worked with the Alberta Forest Service until the market downturn in 1988. It was then that Jim made the transition into real estate, obtaining his certification and license to practice in Alberta.
Jim relocated to Calgary with his young family and began his real estate career, initially focusing on residential properties. Over the years, his passion for real estate expanded to include investment properties and commercial/industrial real estate. Through every change, his commitment to his family, clients, and community has remained steadfast.
